97 Bands With Animals In Their Name!

Bands with animals in their nameNow here’s a pointless list if ever there was one! The other night I was searching through iTunes and noticed a few bands with animals in their name. Before I knew it I was off and running and compiling a list. My one criteria was that the bands needed to be ones that I’d actually heard of as I’m sure there are heaps more “animal” indie combos that I haven’t come across. It would have been nice to get to 100 but this is all I’ve got! And in case you don’t understand the pic, it’s those rubber bands kids put around their wrists… geddit? Animal bands! Yeah, it’s a bit lame…sorry!

  1. Vampires, dragons and “Swanee” you are pushing for the 100 all right. How about “Jerry Fish and the Mudbug Club” and “The Mock Turtles” and if you really want to make the 100, how about Herbie Hancock?
