6 Songs About March

songs about MarchYep, I’m determined to work my way through the series of lists of songs with months in the title but “songs about March” has proven a real challenge. There are plenty more with the word “march” in them (obviously revolving around the more military use of the word), but these are the only ones I can find that use the month of March in the title. Not a lot more to add – I’m just happy to have at least knocked another month over! As always if I’ve missed please don’t hesitate to let me know! And if you are in the mood, check out the September, October, November, December, January and February lists.

1. “March Madness” by Future

2. “Late March, Death March” by Frightened Rabbit

3. “March 23” by Confession

4. “March” by Basement

5. “Ides Of Marc” by Silverstein

6. “The Waters of March” by Susannah McCorkle

  1. Here are some wildly diverse songs about the month of March: March Winds Gonna Blow My Blues All Away by The Carter Family (not sure of year but probably in the 1930s); Melancholy March by Julie London (1956); Fifth Day Of March by Novembers Doom (2009).
